Personal Training at the Langille Athletic Centre

Anyone from a beginner to an elite athlete can benefit from a personal trainer.  Whether your goal is to increase general fitness, to lose weight or to recover from an injury, we can help!  Personal trainers work with people of all ages and all fitness levels.

The first step is the consultation.  During this discussion, information is gathered to design a program specific to your fitness needs.  Your physical health, exercise history, goals and eating habits are all important topics to discuss during this process. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have.  After the consultation, a program is tailored specifically for you by Jen McNutt at StudioFit.

Following the consultation, during a one-on-one session in one of the weight rooms or a training area, Jen will teach you how to implement the program designed for you.  She will teach you how to warm up and cool down, show you proper form, discuss appropriate intensity, all while providing motivation, encouragement and constructive feedback.
