Carrie MacGillivray

Carrie has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. Carrie enjoys working with clients who are starting out, with a particular interest in clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and women in menopause.  She teaches fitness classes, including HIIT and strength. Carrie used to be an avid marathon runner and now runs and hikes for leisure.

Jessica Somerville

For as long as she can remember, personal fitness has always been an important part of Jessica’s life. From gymnastics to competitive baton twirling, running races and chasing after her kids, feeling strong meant feeling her best. She has dedicated these last 20 years to helping people both young and old, advanced and beginner, and those who are simply hungry for change.

Jessica specializes in functional strength training with a focus on core stability and building those muscles used in everyday life. She challenges her clients to push themselves and break though those barriers that so many of us hit, raising the bar of our own personal success. As your trainer she is your number one fan, your biggest supporter, and will always have your back every step of your journey. 

Hanne Nielsen

Hanne has 4 years of experience in personal training, working with all age groups. She specializes in functional training, strength training, and mobility to achieve a client’s fitness goals. Passionate about building a sustainable lifestyle with these goals, she prioritizes a supportive, flexible program for each individual.

In her spare time, Hanne enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and surfing. Often using her active lifestyle as inspiration for her landscape paintings

Naethon Giles

A kinesiology student at Dalhousie, Naethon has a passion for health and can help you maximize your results using the latest evidence-based techniques and training principles. He believes that adhering to a training routine that helps one train all aspects of their fitness effectively is the best way to ensure you live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Naethon grew up playing sports his whole life, and has gained vast knowledge in resistance training since he started at the age of 14. He has worked with all walks of life, and is eager to help anyone seeking help with regards to physical activity.

He is an avid believer in taking a holistic approach to training, and ensuring that all bases are covered when developing training programs for his clients.

Rachel Rubin-Sarganis

Rachel’s passion for health, sports, and fitness stems from her many years of experience as a national-level competitive gymnast, rock climber, gymnastics coach, and climbing coach. 

Rachel takes a holistic approach to fitness training and has a deep appreciation for the physical, social, and emotional benefits that physical activity has on one’s health. She incorporates what she has learned through her personal experiences as an athlete, coach, and trainer, with the knowledge and skills she's developed through her academic pursuits to create personalized exercise programs tailored to meet each individual's needs and goals.

  • Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy

Rohan Shinde

Rohan Shinde, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, offers a fresh perspective on your fitness journey. To Rohan, fitness isn't just about grueling workouts and sore muscles; it's about making it enjoyable and seamlessly integrating it into your daily life. With nearly five years of culinary experience and two years of fitness training experience, he brings a diverse skill set to the table.

Beyond the gym, he is an ex-soccer athlete and a cricket enthusiast who enjoys crafting delectable meals on his days off. For him, life's fulfillment comes from striking the perfect balance and wholeheartedly pursuing your passions.
