How to get started
Decide what goals you want to achieve
Everyone needs a little push sometimes - let our trainers help guide you to set realistic goals that will get you feeling your best (and then let them help you achieve them!)

Book a consultation session (what it is, why you need it, what to expect)
The first step is the consultation, where you will meet with a trainer so we can gather the information necessary to design a program specific to your fitness needs. (Please note that you will not be working out with the trainer during the consultation, one-on-one sessions are not included in the fee.)
Your physical health, exercise history, goals and eating habits are all important topics to discuss during this process. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions, or voice any concerns you may have. After the consultation, we design a program tailored specifically for you.
If you are interested in working out with a trainer after you receive your program, you can purchase one-on-one sessions (packages available) where we will teach you how to implement your personalized program in the fitness hall or one of our other training areas. This is when we show you how to warm up and cool down, teach proper form, discuss appropriate intensity, and much more. We also provide motivation, encouragement and constructive feedback.
Assess your current fitness level
Fitness testing is available for an additional fee. This option provides a full assessment of your current fitness level, including muscle strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness and can be discussed during your consultation.

You can book sessions with your trainer as often as you like. Whether it's once a week, once a month, or every 6-8 weeks to make adjustments, your program is customized to your needs. For those new to exercise, or those returning to the gym after an extended break, we recommend 4-6 initial sessions to help develop proper form and technique.
*Note: consultation with a trainer is required before one-on-one sessions can be conducted.
Small group training
Small group training is a fun and effective way to reach your fitness goals. Classes combine the expertise of a personal trainer with the dynamic and motivation of working in a small group.
