Children 18 years old and younger are required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to purchasing a day pass.
Individual Multi-Visit Passes
10 Visit passes are $100+tax and expire one year from the date of purchase.
Day Passes and Multi-Visit Passes Policies
- A picture ID is required to purchase a day pass or multi-visit pass.
- All Day Pass and/or Multi-Visit pass purchasers must sign the Multi-Visit and Day Pass Agreement at time of purchase. This waiver will be valid for one year.
- Children 18 years and younger are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign the Multi-Visit and Day Pass Agreement. This can be downloaded here, signed and the child can bring with them to Dalplex. This waiver is valid for one year.
- A photo will be taken when the purchasers initial account is set up (at time of purchase of the pass) or if the account needs to be updated
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if the above criteria are not met.
- Multi-visit pass holders are only eligible to register for racquet sports and fitness classes on the day of the activity.
- Day Pass holders are eligible to register for racquet sports and fitness classes at the time of purchase subject to availability.
- Specific activities and areas may be unavailable due to weather or university related activities.
- Day passes and Multi-Visit passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
