Indoor Golf

Get ready for the golf season in our new indoor golf practice area!

Located on the viewing level of the squash and racquetball courts, our indoor golf room features two stalls with GSH Full Mat Systems that allow golfers the option to use their own tees to practice their drive.

Members are required to book an appointment for the indoor golf mat.

• Members must bring their own clubs and golf balls
• Please check in at the Client Experience Centre to pick up the room key (exchange for a piece of ID) before heading down.
• Members are limited to one 60-minute golf appointment per day.
• Members who do not show up for their appointments may lose the ability to book future visits. Members can cancel by phone (902-494-3372) or online before the start time of the appointment.
