Jessica Somerville

For as long as she can remember, fitness has been a constant in Jessica’s life. From gymnastics and competitive baton twirling to running races and chasing after her kids, she’s always connected feeling strong with feeling her best. Over the past 20 years, she has dedicated herself to helping people of all ages and fitness levels — from first-timers to those who’ve been active for years — unlock their potential and make lasting change.

Jessica specializes in functional strength training, with a focus on core stability and building the muscles we rely on in everyday life. She’s experienced in helping clients work through and recover from injuries, tailoring programs that support healing while maintaining strength and mobility. Whether you’re bouncing back or building up, she’ll meet you where you are.

She challenges her clients to push past plateaus and redefine what success looks like for them. As your trainer, she’s your number one fan, your biggest supporter, and the person in your corner every step of the way.

Lenox Nizami

Lenox is committed to helping clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyles—whether you're starting from scratch or working toward specific goals. His coaching style is energetic, supportive, and tailored to meet your unique needs, focusing on both physical results and overall well-being.

When he's not training clients, Lenox enjoys staying active by biking around the city and playing sports with friends. He's always expanding his knowledge of the human body and exploring new strategies to help others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Naethon Giles

A kinesiology student at Dalhousie, Naethon has a passion for health and can help you maximize your results using the latest evidence-based techniques and training principles. He believes that adhering to a training routine that helps one train all aspects of their fitness effectively is the best way to ensure you live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Naethon grew up playing sports his whole life, and has gained vast knowledge in                  resistance training since he started at the age of 14. He has worked with all walks of life,                and is eager to help anyone seeking help with regards to physical activity.

He is an avid believer in taking a holistic approach to training, and ensuring that all bases        are covered when developing training programs for his clients.

Rohan Shinde

Rohan Shinde, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, offers a fresh perspective on your fitness journey. To Rohan, fitness isn't just about grueling workouts and sore muscles; it's about making it enjoyable and seamlessly integrating it into your daily life. With nearly five years of culinary experience and two years of fitness training experience, he brings a diverse skill set to the table.

Beyond the gym, he is an ex-soccer athlete and a cricket enthusiast who enjoys crafting delectable meals on his days off. For him, life's fulfillment comes from striking the perfect balance and wholeheartedly pursuing your passions.

Sam Martin

A kinesiology student at Dalhousie, Sam is an avid fitness and sport enthusiast. With a background in coaching and competing at high levels of athletics, he’s passionate about applying evidence-based training principles to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.

As a student-athlete, Sam understands the importance of smart, sustainable training and is dedicated to helping others unlock their fitness potential and build lasting, meaningful progress. A strong advocate for mental health and a balanced lifestyle, Sam is committed to creating personalized programs that support each client’s unique needs and goals.

Abhay Campbell

Abhay is a kinesiology student at Dalhousie University with over 10 years of experience in the weight room. He specializes in strength training, body recomposition, and athletic performance, helping clients build muscle, move better, and gain confidence in their abilities. His background in sports such as basketball and volleyball has shaped his well-rounded approach to training. Abhay has also worked as a Strength Coach Assistant with varsity athletes at Dalhousie, gaining hands-on experience in performance development at a competitive level. More than anything, Abhay’s passion lies in Olympic weightlifting, and he hopes to take what he has learned from the sport and transfer it to his clients to enhance both their performance and training experience. He combines evidence-based practices with a supportive approach to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable results for every client.

In his spare time, Abhay enjoys playing the guitar, surfing in Lawrencetown, exploring Nova Scotia’s many trail hikes, and cooking. These hobbies keep him active, creative, and inspired both inside and outside of the gym.

Sydney Stilwell

Sydney is a kinesiology student who believes in well-rounded, evidence-based exercise programs and tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs and goals. She grew up enjoying outdoor activities such as downhill skiing, running, and soccer, which shaped her passion for weight training and distance running. Sydney has worked with individuals across a wide range of physical abilities, from those using wheelchairs to developed athletes. Her focus is on building both the competence and confidence clients need to integrate fitness into everyday life.

Kai Daniel

Kai is a 3rd‑year kinesiology student with a CSEP‑CPT certification. She loves creating personalized training plans that fit the experience and needs of her clients. With a background in competitive gymnastics, Kai brings a strong foundation in body awareness, mobility, and functional strength to every session.

She’s passionate about helping people feel confident in movement, whether they’re brand‑new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking to push their athletic performance. Kai thrives on working with all fitness levels and is committed to making training both challenging and empowering.

Caden Stock

Caden Stock is a personal trainer and competitive athlete originally from Newfoundland, now based in Halifax. With over three years of professional experience in the health and fitness industry, and 13 years training and athletic development, Caden brings his expertise to every client he works with.

A three-time national kickboxing champion, Caden has also had the honor of representing Team Canada at the World Kickboxing Championships, competing at the highest level. His elite athletic background has shaped his disciplined, results-driven approach to training; emphasizing proper technique, discipline, and performance.

Caden specializes in helping clients build strength, burn fat, improve conditioning, and develop confidence, whether they’re new to training, or looking to push their limits. His coaching style is supportive, motivating, and tailored to each individual, ensuring progress that lasts both inside and outside the gym.

Ellie Gomes

Ellie is a biology student at Dalhousie University with a passion for weight training. She has a lifelong background in competitive basketball and volleyball, combined with over four years dedicated to weight training. She is also a certified swim instructor and lifeguard.

Growing up with sports has taught her discipline, teamwork, and the importance of moving with purpose, skills that now shape the way she coaches and trains others. Ellie’s athletic experience gives her a strong foundation in strength, power, agility, and injury prevention. She is experienced in coaching all ages and is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence and achieve their fitness goals.
