Kyle Crosby was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after supporting his brother through a leg injury, leading him to enroll in the MSc-PT program at Dalhousie, where he graduated in 2014. Kyle continues to evolve professionally—completing his FCAMPT designation in 2022 and now sits on the CAMPT executive as treasurer. He also worked in the summer of 2025 with the Men’s U19 National Volleyball Team.

Personally, he’s often found with his dog Lilly, working the farmland he shares with his family along the Shubenacadie River, running or travelling.

Hailey is a physiotherapist dedicated to delivering evidence-based, individualized care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. In the summer of 2025 she accompanied the Men’s U19 National Volleyball Team to Uzbekistan for the World Cup and will travelling again with U17 Boys' NORCECA Pan American Cup in Guatemala!

In her time at Dalhousie while completing her undergraduate she also played on the Dalhouise Women's Lacrosse Team, and was an athletic trainer for several seasons with the Jr A Halifax Hurricanes Lacrosse Team. 

Outside of the clinic she spends her time in the woods camping and hiking with her dog Bandit!

Joseph is a Halifax born and raised, and a Dalhousie alum with a focus on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling. Since 2018, he’s been helping athletes and the local community recover, move better, and reach their goals at the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Clinic.

Emily Coolen is a physiotherapist from Halifax who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels in pursuit of optimal health and function. She has additional training in trigger point dry needling, and has completed up to level 3 in the Advanced Integrative Musculoskeletal education system with the hopes of pursuing an FCAMPT designation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time her with rescue dog Tally and exploring the great outdoors.

Jenny is a physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients of all ages re-gain their confidence and ability to do the things they love doing with evidence-based and individualized care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys strength training, getting outside (….only when the weather is nice), and of course the occasional Netflix binge!

Jadyn is a graduate of Dalhousie University, earring a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During her time as a student at Dalhousie she volunteered 2000 hours with the Men's Volleyball team as part of the Dalhousie Student Trainer Program. She has been working in a casual role at the clinic since October 2024 and is looking forward to bringing her experiences as a trainer to the clinic in a full time role.

Outside of the clinic Jadyn enjoys running, swimming and trying local coffee shops.

Kristen O’Brien

Therapy Assistant, Co-coordinator Dalhousie Student Athletic Trainer Program

Kristen is a proud Nova Scotian, from Truro, and a former varsity athlete here at Dal with the Men's Volleyball team. He graduate from Dal in 2017 with a bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His passion for volleyball didn't stop after graduation, as he went on to play professionally in Sweden with the Tierp Crows.

Upon his return to Nova Scotia, Kristen took on an role as Tigers Volleyball Club Director, a position that allows him to share his experience with the next generation of athletes. In addition to this, he also serves as the head coach for the 16U and 14U Tigers Boy's Program.

When Kristen isn't at the Dalplex, he enjoys cooking, with a particular fondness for making soups. He also enjoys staying active by hiking throughout the summer months.

Jasmine Boudreau 

Administrative Assistant 

Jasmine moves through her life filled with enthusiasm and passion! After completing a BSC in Biology at Dalhousie, Jasmine’s curiosity about the human body led her to Equator and she competed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and has become engrained within the Halifax yoga community.

Jasmine started at the DPC as a causal hire working both admin and therapy sides. She is now our lead admin assistant and is excited to play a more involved roll in keeping things running smoothly.

Jasmine loves to walk her pup around the North End with a coffee in hand. In her free time, Jasmine is a bit of a hobby collector! Currently biking, extravagant cooking and reading take up most of her time. Honourable mentions go to hiking, polar dips, and hosting dinner parties!
