General Camp Information

  • To register online you must create a profile for you and your child/children (as dependants) or log in to your existing account.
  • Cheques are to be dated for the day you register, not for the start date of the camp.
  • HST is included in the registration fee listed, where applicable (i.e. programs for those aged 14 and under are tax exempt).
  • Camps are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Camp schedules, information and receipts will be emailed or mailed to participants upon registration; please retain for future reference and for income tax purposes.

Discounts

  • Dalplex family membership holders are eligible to receive a 10% discount off camp registration fees, with the exception of hockey camps.
  • A maximum of one discount per participant, per camp is available.

Program registration and refund information

Transfer & Refund Policy: League or Camp

  • Registration must be paid in full at time of enrolment.
  • Participants registered for a youth camp or league may transfer or withdraw up to 21 days prior to the camp start date. 
  • All camp/league withdrawals/refunds are subject to a $25 administrative charge (fee is applied to each camp refunded). There is no charge for a camp transfer.
  • Within 21 days prior to the cam or league start date, registrations are non-refundable unless:
    -a camp or league is cancelled by administrators, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.
    -if the child/youth cannot participate due to medical reasons, substantiated by a medical certificate.
  • Refunds will be pro-rated if a child/youth participates in any of the sessions.
  • All camp refunds must be approved by the camp coordinator.
  • All league refunds must be approved by the appropriate Dal Tigers varsity coach.
  • Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing of all refunds.

Refund Policy: Youth Program (exculdes camps, leagues and academies)

  • Registration must be paid in full at time of enrolment.
  • Participants registered for a youth camp or league may transfer or withdraw up to 7 days prior to the camp start date. 
  • Within 7 days prior to the cam or league start date, registrations are non-refundable unless:
    -a camp or league is cancelled by administrators, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.
    -if the child/youth cannot participate due to medical reasons, substantiated by a medical certificate.
  • Refunds will be pro-rated if a child/youth participates in any of the sessions.
  • Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing of all refunds.

Refund Policy: Birthday party or group booking

  • Party & group bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Party & group bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 21 days prior to the booking date.
  • Party & group booking cancellations with less than 21 days notice are subject to a $25 administrative charge.
  • All birthday party refunds must be approved by a Client Experience Centre supervisor. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
