While our athletic facilities remain closed due to the ongoing Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we want to encourage our members and students to continue to move more while practicing social distancing.

Each week we'll be posting workouts that members and students can do with minimal equipment from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
