UPDATE: June 11, 2021

The work originally scheduled to begin May 4, 2021 has been postponed until later this summer.

The elevator that services the lower level of Dalplex (from the pool to the track) will be closed starting Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

A complete overhaul of the elevator will take place during the closure which is expected to take approximately two months. The work is required to upgrade the aging equipment to ensure its safe operation and compliance with new building accessibility codes.

Once completed, the elevator will no longer require a key, allowing more freedom for members to move around the building.
