Extra Yoga classes for Dal Mental Health Week: March 16‑20

In support of Dal Mental Health Awareness Week (DMHAW), taking place March 15-21, we have added an extra eight yoga classes to our group fitness schedule for the week, for Dal students and members to attend.

  • Classes are FREE for students/members
  • No need to pre-register beforehand, classes are drop-in just like other group fitness classes.
  • These classes are a great way to try yoga for the first time if you're new to it, or if it's been a while since you've practiced!
  • Classes that are bolded are the special, one-time-only DMHAW classes
