Fitness Hall Orientations


Let us teach you the basics of using the new equipment in the fitness hall!

  • Learn basic exercisies, ask questions and become familiar with the equipment
  • Orientations are conducted by a certified Dalplex personal trainer¬†
  • All sessions are co-ed and open to people of all fitness levels

When?

  • Saturday, June 16, 1pm-2:30pm
  • Tuesday, June 19, 1130am-1pm
  • Wednesday, June 20, 7pm-8:30pm

Where?

Meet near the new Dal Tigers branded equipment in the fitness hall, second floor of the fitness centre
