Fitness Hall Orientations

Let us teach you the basics of using the new equipment in the fitness hall!

  • Learn basic exercisies, ask questions and become familiar with the equipment
  • Orientations are conducted by a certified Dalplex personal trainer¬†
  • All sessions are co-ed and open to people of all fitness levels
