Virtual Personal Training

We are excited to now offer virtual personal training sessions with our Dalplex personal trainers!

While virtual training can’t replace in person training – it’s the next best thing if you’re looking for guidance with your at home workout through personalized demonstrations, tips, corrections, motivation and feedback.

Virtual Personal Training Fees

For current/existing clients

Clients who have already trained with one of the available trainers during the last 12 months can purchase virtual sessions online.

Virtual one-on-one session $40*


You can book sessions with your trainer as often as you like. Whether it's once a week, once a month, or every 6-8 weeks to make adjustments, your program is customized to your needs. For those those returning to the gym after an extended break, we recommend 4-6 initial sessions to help develop proper form and technique.

For new clients

New clients must purchase and participate in a virtual consultation before starting personal training sessions.
