Tennis

The Dalhousie Tennis Club is open to all players, regardless of experience.

The club offers members two practice categories, recreational and competitive, and all are welcomed to participate in either one or both.
Where possible, the club matches members based on their level of play in order to ensure enjoyable practice sessions for all.

Recreational
For players looking for a more leisurely session, the recreational practice is perfect.
Recreational days allow for members to play with a variety of players in a low key, relaxed session of tennis. All skill levels are welcomed.

Competitive
These sessions cater to players who are interested in joining the competitive team or seeking a more intensive practice session. Competitive practices are more structured and center around preparation for the Atlantic University Tennis League (AUTL) tournaments.

However, members who are not intending on competing for a spot on the team are still welcomed to join the competitive practices. These practices focus on development of player’s game and match play.
