How do I participate?
It's pretty simple: by signing up for Round 2 of the Move More @ Home Challenge, you've made a symbolic pledge to be physically active during Dal's COVID-19 shutdown.
So however you like to move, we want you to do it! Boot camp, dance, yoga, walking, running, erging, martial arts, cycling - you name it, the sky is the limit.
How can I win prizes?
In addition to being physically active, each week we'll give you a mini-challenge to complete.
We'll be checking in via email twice a week (Thursdays & Sundays) so you can log your progress and we'll draw a winner each week from everyone who participates!
- Week 1 (May 4-10, 2020): A Crash Course in Practicing Gratitude
- Week 2 (May 11-17, 2020): Get The Blazes Outside
- Week 3 (May 18-24, 2020): Get Some Sleep Mini Challenge
- Week 4 (May 25-31, 2020): The Importance of Practicing Self Care

Each week you'll have the chance to win a $50 gift card to a local business of your choice* when you participate in our mini-challenges.
Plus you'll have a chance at the grand prize: $100 gift card to a local business of your choice*. The more mini-challenges you participate in, and the more you move, the more chances you have to win!
