Student (Beginner) Running Program (Mar 6‑27)
Do you want to start running? Try this 4-week beginner program for Dal & Kings students! The program will focus on form, technique, and beginner running skills so you are set to run this summer.
Dates: Mondays, March 6-27, 2017 (new runners welcome each week)
Location: Meet at Dalplex! (Outside if weather permits, or on the track)
Cost: FREE for Dalhousie and King's students
- March 23‑24: Pool Schedule Changes due to Swim Meet
- March 16‑18: Pool Schedule Changes due to Water Polo Tournament
- March 13: Dalplex closing at 5pm
- March 12‑16: Pool Schedule Changes due to March Break Camps
- Cancelled: 'Core Conditioning' group fitness classes
- March 9‑11: 'Bring A Buddy' Weekend at Dalplex & Sexton Gym!
- No Water at Studley Gym on March 6, Renos Extended to March 23
