Weight Loss Boot Camp

Pre-registration is required for this program. A Dalplex membership is not required to participate.

Join personal trainer Ryan Cairns for a boot camp workout designed to promote weight loss by challenging your energy systems. The emphasis will be on having fun and working hard and will include a variety of exercises in a circuit format such as body weight, kettlebells, medicine ball, etc.

Participants can choose either 2 classes/week or 3 classes/week.
