To help you develop and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, Dalplex has a wide variety of classes, programs or lessons available - from group fitness classes to squash lessons, yoga classes or boot camp, there is something for every age, interest and fitness level.

And you don’t necessarily have to be a Dalplex member to participate – many programs are open to the general public as well!
