1. Only annual, paid-in-full membership purchases qualify for this promotion (payroll deduction or monthly pre-authorized payments are exempt).
2. All membership types are eligible with the exception of full-time student family add-on and complimentary memberships activated during this time period.
3. No cash value.
4. Cardio Plus access and Rock Court membership will be activated at time of membership purchase and expire three months from activation date.
5. Promotion includes either a three month individual or couple Cardio Plus and Rock Court membership, depending on the membership category purchased.
6. Promotion is non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
