Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame

The Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame is designed to recognize individuals and teams who have achieved excellence while representing Dalhousie University in athletic competition. The first induction ceremony took place in October of 2004 and since then it has become a bi-annual event for Dalhousie.

The wall of fame display at Dalplex showcases inductees and is a wonderful testament to the top quality athletes, teams and builders who have been inducted to our Sport Hall of Fame. The wall of fame is located along the ramp leading to the Dalplex fieldhouse.

The selection committee for the Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame is comprised of a group of individuals, all with strong affinity to, and understanding of the varsity program at Dalhousie. The names of the selection committee members are anonymous, but it should be noted that the committee does not include employees of the Department of Athletics and Recreational Services.
